Please bear in mind the following:
- It is imperative that you check the terms and conditions of your reservation.

- Due to many conferences and other activities in 2014 many of the above mentioned hotels may be fully - booked during the periods of March, May, June, September, and October. If you know you are coming to Brussels at any time during these months, it is best to book - if possible – RIGHT AWAY
- Most hotels have non-smoking rooms/floors so don't hesitate to request one, if you so wish.
- If possible, to take advantage of weekend or promotional rates (i.e . during the months of July and August)
