Q. Where do I pick up my badge?

A. You may pick up your badge at the registration desk located at the conference entrance of the Leopold Hotel.

For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference. Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk. 

Q. What are the registration hours? 
A. Day 1 - Wednesday, 27 January 08:30 - 16:00
Day 2 - Thursday 28 January 08:30 - 12:00 

Q. Do I need to be registered for the conference before I can book my hotel at the COCIR eHealth Summit rate? 
A. No, but it is highly recommended that you register for both your hotel and conference registrations at the same time. Once you have registered for the conference, please proceed to the hotel page

Q. Do I need a visa to enter Belgium? 
A. All Nationals from the EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein do not require a Visa to enter. You need a valid passport or ID card.

Q. If I do need a visa, who do I contact to receive my Letter of Invitation? 
A. To receive an official Letter of Invitation, please register and pay for the conference and then email We can only provide a Letter of Invitation and proof of conference registration, we are not able to apply for a Visa on your behalf.

A. All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to

If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. Please note that cancellations two weeks before the event cannot be refunded, as costs for catering would already be calculated and paid in advance. 

The tickets are transferable. If you cannot join the event, you can log into your registration again and change the name on the ticket.
