CMMA Dues
Annual partner dues must be current by Sept 15, 2025 for your company to attend and exhibit at the conference. If you are unsure of your partner dues status, please send an email to Patty Perkins, executive.director@cmma.org.
Exhibit Tables
Exhibit tables will be setup at Merck Headquarters where the General Session will be held. For Partners attending, exhibit tables will be provided at no additional cost as in past years. Your company will be provided with one 6’ table and 2 chairs for your registered participants in the exhibit space. The room is carpeted with standard power and Wi-Fi provided complimentary from Merck.
Interviews for President and Gold Partners
During the conference, President and Gold Partner reps have the option to be interviewed live, or provide a video regarding products, services, and other info you wish to convey. The interviewer will spend 5 minutes with Presidents Circle Partners, and 3 minutes with Gold Circle Partners. These “interviews” will be iMag’d in the ballroom as well as recorded for playback on our website.
If you opt for the video, it must comply with the 5- or 3-minute limit depending on your Partner level. Please email Patty Perkins, executive director, your preference for a live or video interview.
President and Gold Partners not attending may upload a 3-5 minute video regarding their company, products, and services — email Patty Perkins. These videos will be placed on the CMMA website shortly after the conclusion of the conference.
Shipping Instructions
Ship your materials directly to the hotel at the address below. Make sure you address it to Nancy Weiss and add your company name so that we can get materials over to Merck before setup on Sunday.

of packages and date of delivery.
During tear down on Tuesday, please prepare your materials for return shipping
with your pre-printed shipping label and boxes taped up ready to ship. CMMA will
get your materials back to the hotel Tuesday—FedEx and UPS will pickup Wednesday.
Set-Up and Load-In
Partners may setup their exhibit table at Merck on Sunday, Oct. 26 from
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. If you are not able to make it Sunday to setup your table,
you can go in early on Monday.
Teardown
Exhibit teardown may not start until the general session ends at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28.
