Circle Plus Partner Registration Fee
Complimentary based on partner level.
Silver Circle Plus and Gold Circle Plus receive 1 complimentary registration.
President's Circle Plus receive 2 comp registrations.
Additional partner reps receive a $100 discount at $795.
Discount codes will be emailed to the main POC — if not received contact Nancy Weiss.
CMMA Dues
Annual partner dues must be current by Sept 15, 2024 for your company to attend and exhibit at the conference. If you are unsure of your partner dues status, please send an email to executive.director@cmma.org.
Exhibit Tables
Exhibit tables will be setup at Best Buy Corporate Headquarters where the General Session will be held. For Partners attending, exhibit tables will be provided free of charge as in past years. Your company will be provided with one 6’ table and 2 chairs for your registered participants in the exhibit space. The room is carpeted with standard power and Wi-Fi provided complimentary from Best Buy.
Interviews for President and Gold Partners
During the conference, President and Gold Partner reps have the option to be interviewed live, or provide a video regarding products, services, and other info you wish to convey. The interviewer will spend 5 minutes with Presidents Circle Partners, and 3 minutes with Gold Circle Partners. These “interviews” will be iMag’d in the ballroom as well as recorded for playback on our website.
If you opt for the video, it must comply with the 5- or 3-minute limit depending on your Partner level. Please go to this link and indicate your preference for a live or video interview.
President and Gold Partners not attending may upload a 3-5 minute video regarding their company, products, and services to this Google Drive link. These videos will be placed on the CMMA website shortly after the conclusion of the conference.
Shipping Instructions
Ship your materials directly to Best Buy to the address below. When you register, please make sure to select if you are shipping materials to help us coordinate with Best Buy staff.

When you ship your materials, please contact Nancy Weiss at nancy@kinsleymeetings.com and let her know the date of delivery and number of boxes.
You will ship out your materials from Best Buy when the conference ends on Friday. Make sure to bring your pre-printed shipping labels and any other supplies needed to ship your materials back to you. We recommend that you use FedEx or UPS.
Set-Up and Load-In
Partners may setup their exhibit table at Best Buy on Wednesday, Sept 16 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. If you are not able to make it Wednesday afternoon to setup your table, you can go in early on Thursday. The general session starts at 9:00 a.m.
Teardown
Exhibit teardown may not commence until the general session ends at 4:30 p.m.
