
In compliance with new Cox Media Group travel guidelines, and as part of the registration process, air travel for this meeting must be booked via our on-line system.
DO NOT CONTACT COX TRAVEL SERVICES DIRECTLY TO BOOK YOUR AIR. This action will disrupt the registration process. As a result, your air arrangements will not be associated with this event.
If you need to make air travel reservations, please follow these simple steps:
* Click on the "Click Here to Book Air" button that will appear on your Registration Confirmation page
* The system will then direct you automatically to the online air booking system, Cox Concur Travel
* Once you are in the online air booking system, please follow the steps provided to book and purchase your airline ticket.
ARRIVALS: Tuesday, October 15, 2013 - Please plan your air travel in order to attend a 6:30pm cocktail reception and dinner at the Ocean Gateway Center.
DEPARTURES: The conference will wrap up at approximately 1:30pm on Thursday, October 17. Please plan departure flights for 3:30pm and later.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: If you need to make changes to an airline ticket already purchased, please contact Cox Travel Services directly at 1-800-255-4883. A Cox Travel Director will be able to assist you with any changes or cancellations to your existing ticket.
