How many attendees will be at my conference?
This varies for each event format; Public Sector Network are committed to "quality over quantity" - please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

Who can attend the event?
Event is a business event and NOT open to the public.  The primary audience will be made up of federal, state and local government employees unless other otherwise states. Private sector organisations wishing to participate should contact PSN here

Will I receive any information from you via email?
After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics.

Can you accommodate dietary requests or food allergies?
Yes - please simply specify when registering online so we can advise the caterers in advance to accommodate your needs. Requests made on the day cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to the venues availability.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.

When will I receive my conference material?
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional conference material will be made available on the Public Sector Network portal after the event. Register now for free at www.publicsectornetwork.com.au

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times. 

What if I am able to attend - can a colleague come in my place?​
Yes. Name changes can me made at any point up until the day of the event

Who are the Public Sector Network?
PSN is a research company that represents public sector professionals across Australia and New Zealand and develops roundtables, seminars, and conferences to suit current areas of interest. Our growing community spans across Federal, State, and Local 

When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.

How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made online by credit card. An EFT invoice can be requested if necessary

Are the presentations available to review post-show?
Where we have been given permission by the speaker, all relevant event content will be hosted on our members portal and is free to access

What happens if I am no longer available to attend?
A replacement can be sent in your place. Please submit this information in writing so a correct name badge can be made on the day. if you can not send a replacement cancellations fee apply. Please refer to the"contact us" page for this information

What happens when I register?
Once you register you will receive a confirmation email which you can use to print off  or show on your smart phone on the day. We will contact you via email one week before the event to provide final information regarding your participation. Delegate badges and all event material will be provided upon arrival at the event – nothing will be sent in the post

Are you able to accommodate attendees with disabilities?
If you have any special needs, disabilities please do let us know when registering, so we can make your participation at our events as comfortable as possible

What happens if I don’t receive my badge before the show or forget to bring it with me?
You can simply collect your badge at the registration counter when you arrive.

Can I register onto a workshop at the conference venue?
Yes, if you have not booked in advance you may register onto workshops onsite - payment via credit card will be required

What’s included in my delegate pass?
A Delegate Pass includes access to all sessions, refreshment breaks, networking lunches, networking drinks reception, and access to provided speaker presentations.

Is there a group booking discount?
Yes – Please contact us at registrations@publicsectornetwork.com.au to discuss  how group bookings work.

Following the completion of your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you via email one week before the event to provide final information regarding your participation. What is a Service Provider?
 Service provider refers to an individual or organisation who supplies products and/or business services to the primary audience (government executives)

Is media registration available?
Yes. If you represent a credible media outlet, wish to attend the event and this specific event has been approved for coverage then we can arrange a pass. please contact us at info@publicsectornetwork.com.au for more information

Will my contact details be shared with others in attendance?
PSN will not share your details if you select the "opt-out" box during the registration process. Otherwise, PSN may share certain information with key speakers, sponsors, and partners so they understand who is in attendance.
