Registration Information
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations must be sent to cesa@wsu.edu by September 1st to receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation admin fee. Any cancellations received after September 1st will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Considerations for refunds would include the attendee having a medical or family emergency or an "activation" at work before the conference start date. No shows are responsible for the full fee. Substitutions are welcome at anytime. Exhibitors are responsible for the cancellation of any transportation, services or extra logistical support they arranged for themselves.
