What is a Business Presentation and who should attend?
The Business Presentation is an event for Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultants to invite their prospective Consultants and Customers, as well as their Preferred Custimers (PCs) to learn more about Rodan + Fields®, our brand, products and the business opportunity.
What can I expect to hear during the Business Presentation?
During the Business Presentation, you will learn about who we are, where we came from and where we are going. You will also receive information on our products, brand, and how you can leverage the anti-aging skincare market through your work as an Independent Business Owner.
REGISTRATION
What's included in my registration? Will there be food or beverages provided?
Registration includes a Business Presentation where you will hear from our Field Development Team and Leaders in the Field. Food will not be provided at the event, however water stations will be available.
How do I add a guest to my Consultant Registration?
During Consultant registration, you will be prompted to add your spouse or business partner to your registration. All other invited guests are encouraged to use the event website to register themselves.
I registered for the event but did not receive a confirmation email. How can I confirm that I am registered for the event?
If you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will be happy to verify your registration or re-send the confirmation for your records.
I am not able to register because the event is sold out. Will more seats become available?
While it is not a guarantee, seats may become available closer to the event date. Please be advised that there is not a waitlist for this event; please check the corporate-sponsored global Events Calendar for the next event in your area.
Can I register onsite at the event ?
Yes. While we cannot guarantee that this event will not sell out, you can register at the Rodan + Fields Onsite Registration Desk. We highly encourage that you register early to reserve a sport for this event.
What method of payment do you accept if I register onsite at the event?
We accept payment by credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash payments will not be accepted.
I can no longer attend, how do I modify or cancel my registration?
Click here to log in with your email address and confirmation number and select "Cancel Existing Registration." Please note, if you added a spouse or business partner to your Consultant registration, their registration for the event will also be cancelled.
What is the refund policy?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable between Consultants.
I registered for the wrong event; can I transfer my registration to the correct event?
Yes. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will transfer your registration to the correct event.
My name is listed on the Attendees page of the event website; how can I remove my name??
Click here to log in with your email address and confirmation number to modify your registration. You will need to update your selection to opt out from sharing that you are attending the event.
GUESTS & ENROLLMENTS
Can I invite a guest to attend the Business Presentation?
Yes. Guest, spouses, and business partners are encouraged to attend and are required to register for this event.
How can I share this event and invite others to attend?
From the event homepage,you have the option to share the event via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, personal email, or click "Send an Invitation" to enter up to 10 email addresses. You will also have the option to "Invite a Guest" at the completion of your Consultant registration. Please note, inviting a guest does not register him or her for the event.
My guest(s) lives in another location. Where can I find a local Business Presentation event in their area?
Please visit the corporate-sponsored global Events Calendar for a complete list of events by location.
Can I invite my guest(s) to the Business Presentation event if I am unable to accompany them?
Yes. If you are unable to connect your guest(s) with another Consultant attending the event, there will be Consultants at the enrollment table who will be happy to answer any questions your guest(s) may have about the Rodan + Fields business, products, and enrollment process.
Are there any specials for my guest(s) if they decide to enroll in the Rodan + Fields business at the event?
At the end of the Business Presentation event, guests will have the opportunity to enroll in the Rodan + Fields business as a new Consultant at the enrollment station. Any guests who enroll at the event with the RFx Express Business Kit or Big Business Launch Kit will receive a complimentary regimen of their choice.
MISCELLANEOUS
Will I need to pay for parking? Is there a discount offered for event attendees?
Parking is not included in your registration. However, depending on the venue there may be a discounted rate offered to you. Please check for a discounted parking voucher at the registration desk when you check in for the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a lower rate at all venues.
I am planning to spend the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered?
There is not a room block or discounted room rate provided for these events.
Are children invited to attend the Business Presentation event?
Children are welcome to attend Business Presentation events.
