Registrations and Sponsorships cancelled on or before December 23 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. All refund requests must be made in writing to the event logistics contact. No refunds after the deadline. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, return to the registration page to "Modify" the original registration.
