Gold Sponsor - €10,000
Choose one product from the menu of further sponsorship opportunities as detailed below. Your choice will be made on a ‘first come first serve’ basis; you will be the sole sponsor of this product.
- Your Company logo on all printed material for the event.
- Your Company logo on the website with hyperlink to your Company website.
- Your literature will be given to all delegates at registration.
- Your Company logo will be displayed in the conference room.
- 5 complimentary tickets to the conference and further tickets at half the full delegate ticket price.
Silver Sponsor - €5,000
- Your Company logo on all printed material for the event.
- Your Company logo on the website with hyperlink to your Company website.
- Your literature will be given to all delegates at registration.
- Your Company logo will be displayed in the conference room.
- 50% discount on one of the further sponsorship opportunities as detailed below

As a Silver Sponsor you are offered 50% discount on any of the following…
Coffee Break Sponsor - €3000
- Two coffee breaks each day, morning and afternoon.
- Unique signage boards will denote your sponsorship of these breaks.
- Your logo and a ‘thank you’ card on all coffee tables.
- You are able to add-to, discuss and agree the coffee break food selections and are able to add any special food, drinks or gifts (which may be an extra cost).
- Your Logo will be displayed in association with the Coffee Breaks on all literature and website.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Lunch Sponsor - €3000
- Lunches are provided (and paid) for all delegates and attendees by the AAPG on each day of the event.
- Signage boards at the lunch will denote your sponsorship of these excellent meals.
- Your logo and a ‘thank you’ card on all lunch tables.
- You are able to add to these lunches with special food, drinks or gifts (which is extra).
- You are able to discuss and agree the lunch selections we make.
- Your Logo will be displayed in association with the Coffee Break on all literature and website.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Bag Sponsor - €2000
- Carrier bags will be printed with your logo and freely given away to delegates and visitors.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Welcome Coffee - €3000
- Coffee, tea and pastries will be available each morning on arrival for all delegates.
- Signage boards will denote your sponsorship of this early morning welcome coffee.
- Your logo and a ‘thank you’ card on all tables.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Delegate Bags - €3000
- AAPG will supply good quality delegate bags for all the participants of the event.
- Your logo will be printed on every delegate bag.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Cocktail Reception - €14,000
- The Premier or Gold sponsor may choose to sponsor this Reception however there is an additional cost of €7,000 on top of their existing Premier or Gold Sponsorship cost.
- A welcome networking reception will be held on the evening before, or on the first day of the conference.
- Signage boards will denote your sponsorship of this prestigious networking event.
- A representative from you Company is welcome to make a short speech.
- Drinks and canapés will be served.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Literature Distribution - €1000
- Your literature will be given to all delegates at registration in their delegate packs.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Conference Proceedings - €1000
- Your Company logo will be placed on the website for delegates to use to download presentations from the conference.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Posters Sponsor - €2000
- An area is designated for the Poster display adjacent the Lunch area. The area will be open through the Event. Your name will be displayed throughout this area.
- There will be no charge for student displays and a minimal charge for all other displays.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
Signage Sponsor - €2500
- Your Company logo will appear on all signage around the Show as the ‘signage sponsor’.
- NB. On some signage yours maybe the only logo but on other more general signage there will be logos from other sponsoring Companies.
- Your Company logo will be placed on all event literature, marketing pieces and the AAPG and Event websites prior, during and following the event.
General Fund Sponsor - €600
- Your logo will appear on the main event signage and the official Programme as a General Fund Sponsor.
