Dear speakers of the BSC 2016,
You are welcomed to send us your presentation in advance at bsc@downtowneurope.be
and we ask you to be present at the Congress before the start of your session.
If you prefer to bring your presentation on a USB key on the day of your presentation, please make sure to arrive at least one-hour before and to hand it to the speakers preview room which is located in SQUARE, level 0, nearby COPPER HALL.
You will be given a badge at the dedicated welcome desk "Speakers"
