Border Foods
 

Below are a few tips about the trip before you get started with your registration. 

As a hosted Border Foods "Best of the Best" member, ground transportation to/from Breathless Resort during the program dates, aaccommodations, all-inclusive food, beverages and services available on property are included for you and your guest. Costs excluded from coverage include your optional activities, food and beverages outside of the resort or special orders while on property, any transportation pre or post the program dates if you plan to extend, and personal incidentals. 


Ready to register?  

You need to have the following ready in order to complete the registration form.  

  • GUEST INFORMATION - If you choose to bring a guest, their information, including legal name, birth date and passport number, will be required for registration and airline ticketing.
  • PASSPORT NUMBERS - You will need to enter passport numbers during registration, for both you and your guest. If you do not have a passport, you will need to apply for one and possibly pay expedited fees in order to have it delivered prior to your departure.  

  • Don't have a passport go ahead and start registering.  Add zeros (0's) where the passport field request your passport number.  You may come back and modify your registration before the deadline once your passport is available.  This will allow the air team to select the best flight option for your travel. 
  • If you have a passport, check the expiration date.  Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the group departure date of April 9th.  
  • FLIGHTS - Your airfare will be booked for you by Border Foods.  You will be contacted by email within 48 hours of completing your registration by a Border Foods Travel Staff to finalize your flight. You must follow our air booking process to have the cost of your flight expense covered by Border Foods. 

  • If you wish to upgrade you or your guest's airline seat, you will be responsible for cost difference between the Border Foods airfare booked and the airfare, seat, and upgrade you desire.
  • ACTIVITIES - Border Foods will provide one activity per person during your stay at Breathless.  You may elect to pay for an additional activity during your stay.  Please include the additional activity request with your registration. Prices are as listed on the Activity Page. Activities not booked in advance of your arrival are subject to availability and may not include the Border Foods discount. Due to high demand, we strongly recommend you make any Spa reservations before you arrive to the hotel. Cancellation fees do apply once the activity is confirmed when you arrive at the resort.


Travel Reminders:

  • Breathless is an adult-only property.  No children are allowed and your guest must be 21 years old to attend.
  • CELL PHONE SERVICE  Plan ahead and check with your cell phone carrier to receive and send international calls and data service on your mobile device prior to departure. Each mobile carrier has a different price structure for international mobile device usage.  For example, if you are an ATT customer and your phone plan contains at least 15 gig of data, you do not need to purchase an international phone plan. You need to call and advise ATT that you are traveling to Mexico and they will provide you with access to your phone data plan while in Mexico at no additional cost.   Again, check with your mobile carrier if you need to purchase an international phone package while you are in Mexico to receive and send emails, phone calls or text from your phone or mobile device.  The resort offers free WiFi, but your carrier may charge you for international data service regardless of the free WiFi. 
  • Review the dress code on the Agenda page before you pack.  This will help you plan what to pack.  Some of the restaurants at the resort have a dress code, as outlined on the Breathless page.
  • Need to buy luggage?  One giant bag isn't always the answer. You may incur baggage fees for checked or overweight luggage. More details about the luggage surcharges will be included with your travel documents once your flight is booked and confirmed. 

Registration MUST be completed by February 15, 2017.
