Registration Fees, Policies and Guidelines
Registration Fees:

Individual Registration:    $ 325 per person
Includes:                              Access to all sessions, handouts, meals as listed in the agenda
Excludes:                            Accommodation (please refer to Hotel Accommodation tab to reserve your hotel room)

Guest Registration:           $ 150 per person
Includes:                                Access to meals as listed in the agenda
Excludes:                              Access to any sessions (must pay full registration fee and have a name badge to enter), handouts
                                                Accommodation (please refer to Hotel Accomodation tab to reserve your hotel room)


Registration Cut off Date: September 14th 2016. After this date, please contact Lisa Edge directly at ledge@umcdiscipleship.org or

Cancellation Policy: 
More than 30 days before event: Full registration fee will be refunded, less a $ 25 processing fee
Between 30 days - 15 days before event: Full registration fee will be refunded, less a $ 50 processing fee
Less than 15 days before event (after cut off date of September 14th, 2016) : No refunds
