The Exhibition Package
The exhibition arena will be located in the main networking and catering area to enable you to get access to all conference participants. The registration fee includes:
  • A maximum sized space of 3m x 2m space allocation with a maximum height of 3m.  There is no shell scheme.
  • A rectangular table, two chairs and access to a power socket.  It is recommended that you bring your own table cloth so that you can store belongings under your table. A cloak room will be available.
  • Bring your own electrical extension lead as the venue has a very limited supply
  • All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate. Proof of combined inspection and electrical test may be required. 
  • Wifi access is available upon request.
  • Delegate pack
  • All Refreshments will take place in the Exhibition Arena
  • All Exhibiting companies receive a free listing in the ‘Exhibitor Guide’ section of the printed programme
Notes
  • No food and drink should be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
  • Build-up is from 16.00 to 18.00 on Tuesday 17th July, and 07.00 to 08.00 on Wednesday 18th July, with break-down from 16.00 to 18.00 on Wednesday 18th July.
  • All Exhibitors must provide a completed risk assessment for their exhibition equipment upon request.
  • Public car parks are close by and some parking is available on the adjacent roads.
  • Deliveries will only be accepted on Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th July between normal office hours – please label deliveries clearly with your Company name and send to The BHA Conference Exhibition, Rachel Naamani, The Conference Office, Cavendish North building, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester M15 6BG (Tel: 0161 247 1344).
  • Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection (goods may be discarded if not collected after the event).
  • Details of loading/unloading access are available upon request.
  • While on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither the MMU nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance or injury of anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor and any contractor under exhibitor employment are obliged to take out an insurance at their own cost against third p arty risks before the start of the exhibition.
