Maintaining a presence at exhibitions demonstrates reliability and strength of position in the competitive hydropower sector and participating in our technical exhibition provides the opportunity to showcase your capabilities and expertise face-to-face with your audience in a relaxed, focused environment.

Our technical exhibition runs in parallel with the conference programme in the networking and exhibition area, where all refreshments and lunches will be served. 



The Exhibition Packages

The exhibition arena will be located in the main networking and catering area. The Exhibitor package incorporates:

  • One Exhibitor pass (additional exhibitors must register as delegates)
  • A 3m x 2m space-only allocation. N.B. THERE IS NO SHELL SCHEME. Please note that Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls.
  • A table, two chairs and access to a power socket
  • Wifi access
  • Delegate pack
  • Access to all conference sessions, refreshments, lunches and the Conference Dinner (13th Nov)
  • listing (Company profile with logo) in the ‘Exhibitor Guide’, which forms part of the printed Conference Brochure, distributed in all Delegate Packs
FEES (subject to VAT):
    • BHA Sponsoring member: £799 (Early Bird £720)
    • BHA Principal Company Member: £849 (Early Bird £765)
    • BHA Company Member: £899 (Early Bird £810)
    • All other BHA Member levels: £999 (Early Bird £899)
    • Non-Members: £1099 (Early Bird £999)

Exhibitor Notes

  • No food and drink should be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
  • Build-up is from 19:00 to 21:00 hrs on Tuesday 12th November and 07:00 to 08:00 hrs on Wednesday 13th November. Breakdown is from 16:00hrs on Thursday 14th November.
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls or other fixtures and fittings.
  • All Exhibitors must provide a completed risk assessment for their exhibition equipment upon request.
  • All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate. Proof of combined inspection and electrical test may be required. If you are visiting from overseas, please remember to bring a suitable adaptor for UK 3-pin electrical sockets. 
  • There is a short-term access drop-off point for exhibitors to load/unload exhibition equipment to the front of the venue and a public car park at the rear of the venue (parking charges apply).
  • Deliveries will only be accepted (and held at your own risk) between Friday 8th and Tuesday 12th November during normal office hours. Please label deliveries clearly with your Company name and send to "The BHA Annual Conference (13/14 November), The Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel Glasgow, 1-9 Grosvenor Terrace, Glasgow, G12 0TA (tel: 0141 339 8811)". Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and/or equipment belonging to the venue.
  • Whilst on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither the venue nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance of or injury to anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor or any contractor under exhibitor employment is obliged to take out adequate insurance at their own cost against third party risks before the start of the exhibition.
