Maintaining a presence at exhibitions demonstrates reliability and strength of position in the competitive hydropower sector and participating in our technical exhibition provides the opportunity to showcase your capabilities and expertise face-to-face with your audience in a relaxed yet focused environment.
Our technical exhibition will run in parallel with the conference sessions and throughout the networking breaks. The exhibition area is adjacent to the main conference hall, where all refreshments and lunches will be served.
Two-tier exhibition packages!
We are offering a two-tier exhibition package incorporating a low-cost single banner space option along with the usual high-profile full exhibition space option. Full details are below.

Your chosen space (if available) will be provisionally held for you for a limited period only - your booking will be confirmed as soon as you register as an Exhibitor (via the REGISTRATION tab at the top of this page).

The Exhibition Packages
1. EXHIBITOR (Full)
- One Exhibitor pass (additional exhibitors must register as delegates)
- A 3m x 2m space-only allocation with a maximum height of 3m. N.B. THERE IS NO SHELL SCHEME. Please note that Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls.
- A table, two chairs and access to a power socket
- Wifi access
- Delegate pack
- Access to all conference sessions, lunch and refreshments
- A listing (Company profile with logo) in the ‘Exhibitor Guide’, which forms part of the Delegate Pack

Exhibitor Notes
- No food and drink should be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
- Build-up is from 19:00hrs to 21:00hrs on Wednesday 28th June or from 07:00hrs to 08:00hrs on Thursday 29th June. Breakdown from 16:00hrs to 19:00hrs on Thursday 29th June.
- Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls or other fixtures and fittings.
- All Exhibitors must provide a completed risk assessment for their exhibition equipment upon request.
- All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate. Proof of combined inspection and electrical test may be required. (Option 1 only). If you are visiting from overseas, please remember to bring a suitable adaptor for UK 3-pin electrical sockets.
- There is ample parking at the venue and lift access to the exhibition area.
- Deliveries will only be accepted (and held at your own risk) from Monday 25th June during normal office hours. Please label deliveries clearly with your Company name and send to "The BHA Hydro Network (29 June), The Telford Whitehouse Hotel. Watling Street, Telford, TF1 2NJ (tel: 01592 250700)". Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection.
- Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and/or equipment belonging to the venue.
- Whilst on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither The Telford Whitehouse Hotel nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance of or injury to anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor or any contractor under exhibitor employment is obliged to take out adequate insurance at their own cost against third party risks before the start of the exhibition.
