Getting there from the Airport
Airport – Orlando International Airport (MCO)
- Shuttle Service: Mears Transportation offers a shared-ride airport shuttle from Orlando International Airport to Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Tickets are available at the Mears Transportation counters located inside the baggage claim area on level two, as well as on level one where the shuttle departs for Loews Royal Pacific Resort every 30 – 40 minutes. Reservations are not required. Pricing is as follows: One-way fare: $20 adult or $15 child (ages 3 – 9): Round-trip fare: $32 adult or $24 child (ages 3 – 9)
- Taxi Cabs: Taxis are on standby at Orlando International Airport, offering service to and from Loews Royal Pacific Resort for an approximate fare of $55 each way, depending on traffic conditions. Standard taxis can accommodate up to four people. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
- Private Car Service: Destination MCO has been selected as the preferred vendor for airport transportation for Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando®. Exclusive chauffeured services begin at $115 (tax and gratuity included) for a sedan and can be charged to your guest room. Reservations are required. - Car Rental: A Hertz car rental desk is located on the lobby level of the Loews Royal Pacific Resort hotel, across from the concierge. Hours of operation are from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm daily.

This year’s Awards Gala will be held in the Pacifica Ballroom 6-7 with the pre-gala reception taking place in the Pacifica Ballroom 1-5.

Boats - Water Taxis
Guests staying at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Portofino or the Hard Rock Hotel receive complimentary transportation to and from Universal Studios® Theme Park, Universal’s Islands of Adventure® Theme Park and Universal CityWalk® Entertainment Complex via water taxi. Boats leave every 15 – 20 minutes from the hotel’s boat dock located adjacent to the pool area. Hours of operation are one hour prior to theme park opening until 2:00 am.
Childcare
The Mariner’s Club is the Loews Royal Pacific Resort hotel’s supervised activity center for children ages 4 – 14 and is staffed by Kids Nite Out. The camp features ping pong, foosball, arts and crafts, computers, video games, movies, board games and more in a safe, monitored environment. Cost per child is $15 per hour. Children using this facility are supervised at all times by certified child care professionals. Reservations are required and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In-room sitting services, also provided by Kids Nite Out, are available 24 hours a day for children six weeks of age to 12 years old. A staff member provides a bag full of toys, games and fun. The rate is $16 per hour for the first child and $2.50 per hour for each additional child – charged at a four-hour minimum. Reservations are required and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. SeaWorld, Aquatica and Wet 'n Wild
Guests of the hotel will receive complimentary shuttle transportation to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Wet ‘n Wild. The shuttle departs daily (times vary) from the hotel’s conference porte cochere located near the ballroom entrance. For more information, including departure times and to obtain the required boarding pass, please visit the Universal Orlando® Ticket Center on the lobby level of the hotel. Pick up times from the SeaWorld, Aquatica and Wet ‘n Wild parks vary monthly.
