Gateway Parking Garage (near Sheraton)
Located at 1540 Vine Street.  The entrance to the garage is on 16th Street and Spring Street.  This garage is $16 for up to 10 hours and $20 for 10 to 24 hours.

To save money on internet usage, use your existing SPG membership number or join the Starwood Preferred Guest Loyalty Program (SPG) to qualify for free internet access in your hotel room as well as other membership amenities.

Getting there from the Airport

  • Airport - Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
    Cab fare from (PHL) to Downtown is approximately $34. All cabs are required to accept credit cards.
  • Use Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, (SEPTA) Take the Airport Line to Suburban Station and walk .3 miles to the Sheraton
    Train is $7-10 “cash only”
  • Schedule a transfer with Limo In Philly by contacting Abraham at 267-226-7521 or 2-3 person car - $65 one way.

Getting there from 30th Street Station

  • Cab fare from 30th Street Train Station to Downtown approximately is $10. All cabs are required to accept credit cards.
  • Use Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. (SEPTA) Transfer to the SEPTA Market-Frankford line and exit at Suburban Station and walk .3 miles to the Sheraton. Train is $2.25 exact cash or you can purchase tokens for $1.90 at designated SEPTA locations.

Conference Registration and Check-In
Upon arrival, please head to the registration area on the Liberty Ballroom Level of the Sheraton. Here, you will be able to pick up your registration materials and conference badge. Registration desk hours are as follows:

Tuesday, June 2:

7:00am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday, June 3:

7:00am - 5:00 pm

R2L is located on the 37th floor of Two Liberty Place, a five minute walk from the hotel. Transportation is not being provided, but a walk route map will be provided in your registration packet.
Your Registration Badge is required to access the venue

  • R2L is a 5 minute walk from the conference hotel (maps will be included in your conference bag and please look for the BBBS Shirts along the street to guide you).  Transportation is not being provided.  Cabs will be available at the front of the hotel.
  • Light Hors d'oeuvres will be served and please note, this event is cash only bar.

Awards Gala on June 3rd
This year’s Awards Gala will be held in the Sheraton’s Liberty Ballroom with the pre-gala reception taking place in the Liberty Foyer directly outside of the Ballroom.

  • In your registration packet, you will receive one complimentary drink ticket for the reception and one ticket per guest for admission to the gala. Those taking the stage at this year’s gala (including conference sponsors and national corporate partners) will have a reserved table number on your ticket.

Complimentary Internet access is available in the conference meeting space on June 2nd and 3rd
