John Fox is the Senior Medical Director and Associate Vice President of Medical Affairs for Priority Health, a provider-sponsored health plan with 640,000 members headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is responsible for technology assessment (medical and pharmaceutical) and utilization and case management. He is engaged in new program development, including physician profiling, pay-for-performance programs, integrated specialty pharmacy, and value-based benefit designs. He is currently involved in the development of payment reform strategies, including oncology medical homes. In addition, he works with a talented group of clinicians and programmers to develop web-based cost and quality comparison tools, personal health records, and patient registries.

Alex Jung is a Principal in the Global Strategic Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, she was the Senior Vice President of the Walgreens Corporate Strategy Division based in Deerfield, Illinois. Mrs. Jung has more than 25 years of experience with strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, operations/process improvement, healthcare/ pharmacy/employee benefits, PBM, and life sciences consulting. She began her career at Arthur Andersen, led the National Health Care Data Analysis Unit for William M. Mercer, and then spent numerous years as the healthcare practice leader at Aon Hewitt prior to joining Walgreens. She joined Ernst &Young in 2012.

Jayson Slotnik is Vice President of Reimbursement Strategy & Innovation for United BioSource Corporation. Jayson works with innovator clients to design web-based patient and provider communication portals to ensure appropriate access to new therapies, devices, and diagnostics. His duties also include sales, implementation, and management of TRACSM, a web-based service that can provide benefits verification in seconds, while also providing a gateway to all product information and service access needed by both the patient and healthcare provider. Jayson has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney and has advised clients on the development of business objectives and marketing strategies to ensure compliance with federal law. In addition, he works with clients to develop appropriate launch and life cycle management strategies and provides consultative strategies related to the effects and implementation of healthcare reform.

F. Randy Vogenberg is a founding principal of Bentelligence and a principal of its affiliate, the Institute for Integrated Healthcare, where he focuses on strategic innovation for the broad managed healthcare and employer benefits field through benefits assessment and planning; multidisciplinary assessment and performance-based economic research; and training programs for hospital, managed care, employer and coalition groups, manufacturers, and government and physician organizations. Dr. Vogenberg, who earned his doctorate degree in healthcare management from Century University, also serves as the Chief Health Economic Outcomes Officer of Transition Patient Services. He completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, during which time he published on investigational drug services and other operational areas of the pharmacy services.
