Overview

The AELP Automotive Skills Sector Forum is a half day Event for Members of AELP to attend. These Events are complimentary to all Members.

The aims of the Automotive Skills Sector Forum are for all members to discuss a broad range of key issues and topics affecting all employment and skill providers. These include but are not limited to: qualifications reform, foundation learning, employer engagement, single adult skills budget, workforce professional development, compliance, and new commissioning arrangements from the funding authorities. Members also have the opportunity to network and meet fellow members to share best practice and discuss live issues.

The Sector Forum will focus on topical and key issues of the day, e.g. Apprenticeship reform including the levy and Trailblazer; the proposed reforms to English and maths qualifications and the funding models to support skills and employability provision.

Unable to Attend?

This event is complimentary to attend for AELP Members. If you are unable to attend after initial registration please contact the AELP SIG & Sector Forum Administrator by email only at memberevents@aelp.org.uk to enable this place to be offered to another AELP Member. Alternatively, AELP is happy to accept a substitute from the same organisation. Please ensure you advise us of the replacement delegate name in advance of the event.

Failure to inform AELP at least 48 hours before an event by email only of non-attendance will result in an automatic £25.00 + VAT cancellation fee to cover costs.
