Wendy WilkinsonAssociate, Strategic Development NetworkWendy Wilkinson has worked in the FE work-based sector for almost 30 years. She started her career in the college sector responsible for external contracts including WBL, commercial provision, programme and curriculum development. Having also worked for the University for Industry (UfI) and National Health Service University (NHSU) Wendy has concentrated on development models that meet both the needs of employers and learners. Since 2006 has worked on national and regional development projects. Areas of work include: Skills and Employer Responsiveness, Unemployed into Work, Skills for Life, Access and Progression into Apprenticeships, Higher Apprenticeships, Trailblazer Standards, Traineeships and Study Programmes. She has been a Strategic Development Network Associate since 2012. Wendy has an MSc in Strategic Marketing. |

Louise DoyleAssociate, Strategic Development NetworkLouise Doyle has extensive experience of strategic management and delivery in the FE work-based sector having worked at director level for a college and independent provider alongside her own education focused businesses. She has worked on behalf of the Strategic Development Network on a range of initiatives including Higher Apprenticeships, 24+ Advanced Learning Loans and Trailblazer Apprenticeship Standards. She specialises in leadership and management development, lean improvement, employer relationships and quality assurance systems. She has a Master in Educational Leadership. She also works in the compulsory education sector in a governance capacity for numerous schools. |
