Commuter/Daily Meeting Package
The Daily Meeting Package ($86/day) includes lunch plus a.m./p.m. breaks. If you would like to add dinner, the charge will be $20 and it must be requested onsite at the Business Center.
Overnight Guest/Complete Meeting Package
The Complete Meeting Package ($210/day) includes three meals plus a.m./p.m. breaks. The meal structure depends on attendee's date and time of arrival. If an attendee arrives on:
*The night of Monday, October 7:
Receives all meals from dinner on October 7 through lunch on day of check out
*The morning of Tuesday, October 8:
Receives all meals from lunch on October 8 through breakfast on day of check out
The afternoon/evening of October 8:
Receives all meals from dinner on October 8 through lunch on day of check out
The morning of October 9:
Receives all meals from lunch on October 9 through breakfast on day of check out
*Early Arrival for those attending the Optional Early Workshop
Q Center Dining Hours
All meals in your meeting package take place in the Q Tower Dining Room or Fox River Dining Room during the following hours:
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
