Registration Approval
All registrations and registration categories were subject to ASF approval and your registration category must have been valid at both the time of registration and at the time of the Conference. If your registration was not approved the ASF contacted you via email.

Every individual registration is reviewed each year. Registration under a certain registration category in previous years did not guarantee the approval of any individual’s registration under the same category for ASF 2014.

Registration Required
Conference name badges were required for access to the Conference.
This included all meetings or functions held at the ARIA Convention Center. Attendees needed to present a valid government issued photo identification when collecting their conference name badge.

Online registration closed on Thursday, January 23, 2014. All walk-in registrants were charged a $65 onsite administrative fee that had to be paid by credit card, in addition to the registration fee of their applicable registration category (as determined by ASF). All registrations were subject to ASF approval. If a walk-in registrant registered under a registration category that was not approved, then their registration category would be reclassified accordingly and the credit card used to pay for the registration was charged the corresponding registration fee, minus the fee that had already been charged. If the credit card that was used to pay for the registration was no longer valid, registrants had to provide an alternative form of payment.

Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to registration@americansecuritization.com. Refunds will be granted for any registration cancellation until Friday, October 4, 2013. After Friday, October 4, 2013, we regret that no refunds will be granted for any cancellation.

Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome until Friday, January 17, 2014. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to registration@americansecuritization.comAfter Friday, January 17, 2014 we regret that no substitutions will be allowed. Please note that substitutions are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant’s category. For instance, a substitute for an investor registrant must also qualify as an investor for registration purposes. The substituting individual must also be employed by the same firm as the original registrant.
