The ASF group rate ($149/$109 per night)  is no longer available. Rooms in the ASF block were available at the current hotel rack rate. Hotel reservations in the attendee block were on a first-come, first-served basis.

To view, cancel, or modify a reservation or to have a confirmation email sent, please click here. You must then click on the "Already Have a Reservation?" link at the top of the page, then enter the reservation acknowledgment number and last name on the reservation.

Name Changes

Name changes can be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date (name changes will not be accepted at front desk during check-in).  Name changes are permitted if the arrival and departure dates of the original reservation are available.  Name changes must be emailed to ariaconvention@arialasvegas.com, by the guest who holds the reservation.  

 

Changes to credit card information cannot be made online. If you need to change a credit card on a reservation please click here to submit the request.

 

 

A daily resort fee of $25.00 (plus tax) is added to all room reservations upon check-in and includes the following hotel services: Access to the Fitness Center at The Spa & Salon at ARIA, In-Room Wired and Wireless Internet Access, Wireless Internet Access throughout the ARIA campus, In-Room Local and Toll-Free Telephone Calls, Daily Newspaper at Elements (with last name and room number), and Airline Boarding Pass Printing (at the Business Services Center).

Check-In/Check Out
Guests may check in at any time based on room availability when they arrive. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
