New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit
The American Securitization Forum, Inc. has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. Unless otherwise noted, in-person attendees at ASF 2014 may earn one transitional or non-transitional “professional practice” New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for each of the following sessions:

- Introduction to Securitization (January 26, 1:00 PM)
- Introduction to Covered Bonds (January 26, 2:00 PM)
- Emergence of the CLO Market and Key Regulatory Developments (January 27, 2:30 PM)
- Key Policy and Operational Challenges to Outstanding RMBS (January 28, 11:00 AM)
- GSE Evolution Prior to Comprehensive Housing Finance Reform Legislation (January 28, 2:30 PM)
- Mortgage Credit Availability and Challenges in a QM World (January 29, 10:00 AM) (1.5 credits available)
A participant may earn up to 6.5 New York CLE credits for attending ASF 2014. Participants seeking credit for applicable sessions are required to sign in and sign out on attendance sheets located on tables in the session rooms. Participants who do not sign in AND sign out of each session will not receive credit.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit for CPAs
Participants may earn one CPE credit per session attended, with the exception of the "Mortgage Credit Availability and Challenges in a QM World" session (for which 1.5 CPE credits are available). Participants may earn up to a maximum of 12.5 CPE credits for attending ASF 2014. Participants must sign in for each session attended, providing name, firm and time of arrival. Participants who do not sign in will not receive credit. Sign-in sheets will be available in the session rooms.
