Registration to the Meeting is complimentary and numbers are strictly limited. Registration will close on Friday 22 April 2016 unless capacity is reached before this time. Delegates must be available to attend both days of the Meeting.

Registration

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the Meeting, please contact the Secretariat immediately so correct numbers may be accounted for on the day and any associated accommodation and travel arrangements may be cancelled or offered to another delegate. Any fees incurred as a result of flight changes or cancellations will need to be met by the delegate or their organisation.

Accommodation & Flights
Assistance is available for flights and accommodation to attend the meeting according to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Accommodation on Friday 6 May 2016 is available for delegates attending from Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, ACT, and regional NSW only.
- New Zealand delegates are eligible for two (2) nights’ accommodation to participate in this Meeting.
- If you wish to arrive early or extend your stay in Sydney, additional nights’ accommodation can be arranged for you at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park at your own expense. Please contact the Secretariat for further details.
- Flights will be booked for delegates travelling from Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, ACT, regional NSW and New Zealand.
- For Sydney delegates, parking, taxi and public transport will be reimbursed. Please keep receipts.
- Flights will be economy, non-changeable airfares based on the best fare of the day.
- Once registration and travel bookings have been made, delegates are responsible for fulfilling the requirements of their travel itinerary.
- Any fees incurred as a result of flight changes or cancellations will need to be met by the delegate or their organisation.
