The fees do NOT include hotel accommodation charges, which will be charged directly by the hotel. |
| EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation prior to April 9, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after April 9, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of your registration fee or 100€ in case of free admission. |
