The following fees will be applied during registration:

| All fees are payable with credit card or wire transfer. For all credit card charges, the fees will be charged by Global Image. You will receive a detailed receipt once your card has been charged. For all wire transfers, please contact Tant Melichar for detailed instructions. | |
| EVENT CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW--In the event of cancellation prior to July 28, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after July 28, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge registrants a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of their registration fee or $100 in case of free admission. WORKSHOP REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW--In the event of cancellation prior to August 1, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation on or after August 1, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge all workshop registrants a cancellation fee equivalent of $25. This fee will be assessed on top of the event cancellation fee as described above. |
