Transportation 

Transportation arrangements should be secured on an individual basis.  Attendees are responsible for costs associated with air and ground travel as well as any incidental costs incurred.  Please arrive in time to pick up your registration material prior to 9:00 am ET Tuesday, September 18, 2018.
