Parking:

Upon arriving at the hotel, locate the open parking lot. Pull into the entrance stall and take the ticket that is printed for you. Please take your parking ticket into the meeting with you, to receive your complimentary parking. You may validate your parking when you register at the meeting. The validation machine will print a second barcode onto your parking ticket allowing you to exit the parking lot upon your departure. All other locations will not be reimbursed and will be paid on own.
