*PLEASE NOTE: Symposium attendance is open to all health care professionals except for certain employees and healthcare professionals employed by pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies. Attendance is limited to representatives that are in pharmaceutical company research departments only. Representatives in Sales, Marketing or Business Development are not eligible to attend. Please note that verification may be required.

$150.00 if registered on the website by September 23, 2024
$175.00 if registered on the website before October 16, 2024

- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Checks and cash will not be accepted.

On-Site/Walk-In Registration: The Walk-in registration fee is $200.00

Refunds will be granted until September 30, 2024: no refunds after that date. Fees will be refunded back to the credit card used to register minus a $25 processing fee.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
Provider (Kaiser Permanente Professional Education) is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Provider Number 751 for 7.6 contact hours.
No partial credit will be provided.
No other CEU types will be offered.
Course Description: Course is designed to provide updates on health care issues relevant to ambulatory clinical practice.
At the end of the day, the attendees will be able to:
- Explore how storytelling serves as an effective tool for sharing research, evidence-based practices, and successful initiatives with leaders and peers.
- Hear compelling stories of resilience from presenters that can be integrated into their own practice, fostering a culture of empathy and innovation.
- Celebrate the joy and resilience of peers within the community, highlighting the collective strength and determination in overcoming challenges.
- Engage in meaningful networking with peers in ambulatory care, gaining inspiration and support to remain dedicated to the vital work of community health.
