Accommodation will be booked by ALGIM and the cost will be included on the invoice for registration fee/s. |

Accommodation rate excludes GST Breakfast/s can be booked directly through Hotel Ibis Reception but is not included in the room rate. |

Any
extra costs incurred to the hotel are to be paid on departure, i.e. breakfast, mini bar, barista coffees and room service. If
required, a separate purchase order can be supplied directly to the
hotel for these costs. When you contact the Hotel, remember to state
that you are staying for the 2016 ALGIM Web & Digital Symposium. |

Guests
will be asked to provide a credit card at check in to guarantee payment
of incidentals. If no credit card can be supplied the guest may be
asked to provide a cash bond of $200. This can be avoided if the guest's
employer provides an agreement to the Hotel that they will cover
payment of incidentals. |

Limited secure parking is available at the hotel and bookings are essential.

IMPORTANT| If choosing alternative accommodation, ie. hotels other than Hotel Ibis, delegates will be responsible for negotiating rates, booking and paying for their accommodation directly with the accommodation provider they have selected.
