Registration:

• Retreat Registration $70.00 – a non refundable fee for all registrations for workshop attendees.
• Daily Workshop: $150.00 ($170.00 after August 1).
• Three Hour Evening Workshop: $75.00 ($100 for non registered attendees)
• Morning Motivators are for registered attendees for that day only.
• Any workshops that have sold out will have the words “SOLD OUT” beside the workshop name. 

Payment Options:

Payment is accepted by Credit Card or paypal.

Payment plans are only available using the Credit Card option.

50% Deposit Due at the time of booking
25% Second Deposit due by May 8, 2016
25% Third Deposit due by August 8, 2016

It is the attendee responsibility to log into their registration and make subsequent payments.

1. Credit Card

• Using your credit card you may elect to pay in full or start a payment plan. By default the payment plan is in place. To pay in full change the amount owing to the full amount.
• Payment Plan with 50% due after completing your registration with the remaining 50% being paid in installments between date of registration and August 8, 2016. 
• Onsite payments will not be accepted
• Checks will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.

2. Paypal

Using your PayPal account you may pay your registration in full.

No registration can be accepted without payment.

You may log into your account to modify your registration at anytime to add workshops and make additional payments.

We know that situations can sometimes arise causing a change to your plans. It is not possible for Visually Speaking LLC to favor an individual situation or circumstance over another, so we must maintain a standard business policy for all and with no exceptions. It is understood that you have read and agree to our Policies / Waivers and Release Information.

I really had no idea what to expect, since this was my first art retreat ever. I could write a chapter about everything I learned, all the great people I meet, and all the energy you whipped up for us to have a spectacular 5 days of creativity, and that would just be scratching the surface. Please know that this was a very special experience for me, and you all contributed so unselfishly to make it so. Already saving for the next adventure and sending you all lots of big hugs and happy kisses.
