Friday Evening Reception at New Aiken High School

A casual reception will be held at the new Aiken High School. This will be a time for reuniting with friends we have not seen in months or years.
Our reception at Aiken High School will begin with a Rally at the Flag Pole in front of the main school entrance promptly at 6:00 pm. Several special guests have been invited to participate in a brief ceremony prior to entering the school. Plan on arriving at the school about 10 minutes before 6:00 pm.
Earl Crossland, husband of Susan Studt Crossland, Class of '66, will be our special guest. Earl was one of the architects from VSWC Architects that designed the new Aiken High School. He will make a brief presentation on designing the new school and then conduct a tour(s) of the school.

6:30 pm to 7:30 pm meet and greet fellow classmates and teachers in an informal setting

8:30 pm to 9:30 pm brief ceremony followed by class pictures and other photographic opportunities
9:30 pm till they close the doors at 11:30pm hit the dance floor, enjoy the grounds of the country club but most importantly spend time with your classmates and teachers.

Aiken Family Picnic

There will be a traditional summer picnic grill out catered by Great Parks. The grill out will start at 1:00 pm and go for 2 hours. Hot dogs, hamburgers, brats and chicken will be grilled at the shelter. Great Parks will also provide baked beans, potatoes salad and a fresh fruit salad. There will also be plenty of Grippo products, soft drinks and bottled water.
Water on site as well as restrooms with water.
