AIA NC CAGC Joint Committee Meeting

The Homestead is known for many things, but perhaps above all for its Southern hospitality and elegant charm.
The historic Virginia accommodations have welcomed guests, including 22 US Presidents, as early as the 18th century. Periodic renovations have provided accommodations with modern amenities, while still featuring their classic Southern furnishings and feel.

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Homestead for a special group rate of $225, plus tax and service fees. There is a 15% Resort Charge per night, per room, plus applicable taxes. The Resort Charge includes: gratuities for housekeeping staff, use of fitness center and indoor pool, access to family pool complex, nightly movies, afternoon tea, wired and wireless internet connectivity in guest rooms and public space, and on-property transportation. To make your reservation, call the hotel directly at (866) 354-4653.

The hotel reservation cut-off date is Monday, September 9.  After this date, the group rate is not guaranteed. Guest must refer to Carolinas AGC/AIA NC to obtain the group rate.
