Registration Fee
Couple Registration: $900
Individual Registration: $450
Payment by company check or credit card. No invoicing.
Registration fee includes:
Three (3) Evening Receptions (open bar and hors d'oeuvres)
Two (2) Group Dinners - Thursday and Saturday night
The registration deadline is Monday September 9. No refunds will be given after the registration deadline. All refund request must be made in writing to the logistics contact prior to the registration deadline. All request made prior to the deadline will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, use the "Modify Registration" button or return to the registration page to modify the original registration.
Golf Fee
Old Course: $135
Cascades Course: $195
Box Lunch: 23.95++ (per day)
Special Note: Attendees who plan to participate in the group golf outing must RSVP when you register to secure a tee time. Golf fees and lunch will be billed directly to your hotel room. The course may bill the full golf fee(s) for any cancellations received after September 23, 2013.
