Inspire attendance is limited to Agilysys customers and approved sponsors only.
Conference registration includes access to all educational sessions and events:
- Monday, February 23: Welcome Reception
- Tuesday, February 24: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and evening event
- Wednesday, February 25: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and main event

Registration Options
Inspire registration is $725 per person through January 21, 2015. Registration Fees increase to $795 starting on January 1, 2015.
To accommodate busy schedules, we are pleased to offer a single-day pass in addition to full registration. A single-day pass for Tuesday or Wednesday only is $600 per person. The single-day pass allows the registrant to attend all activities and classes taking place on their registered day.
Payment Policy
Agilysys accepts payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to admittance to the conference. Attendees not yet paid in full at the start of the conference will be required to settle their balance onsite before they are given their conference materials.
Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email at: inspire15@agilysys.com. Registration cancellations received on or before Wednesday, January 21, 2015, are eligible for a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. Registrants cancelling after Wednesday, January 21, 2015, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due. Credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Wednesday, January 21, 2015.
Volume Discount
An organization that will be sending five (5) or more attendees to Inspire 2015 will receive a 10% discount. In order to receive the discount, type the code VOL10 in the discount code field on the payment page during the registration process and the discount will be automatically applied to your balance. NOTE: If any attendees from your group cancel and less than five people attend the conference, your company will be invoiced the amount of the 10% discount.
Substitutions
Substitutions are accepted within your organization. Substitutions must be sent in writing by February 13, 2015. After February 13, 2015, substitutions will only be accepted on-site and will incur a $50 administrative fee. Please email inspire15@agilysys.com to make these arrangements.
