Frequently Asked Questions
Since this is a team-based event, do all participating team members need to be in one location for the duration of the online series?
It is not required. Teams will be placed in Zoom breakout rooms to engage, converse and plan during team time.
One of our registered team members has a scheduling conflict over a module event date. Can we send a different representative in their place over the conflicting date?
Yes, replacements are allowed. To ensure that the replacement receives all requisite communications and materials, please contact Kim Davis no later than 5 business days prior to the date of that particular series module.  
Can additional attendees above the five team members participate at an additional cost?
The series is a designed for teams with 3-5 individuals. Institutions are able to register up to 10 individuals per team, but please note that larger team sizes may impact the overall experience and is not encouraged.
Is there any pre-work to complete prior to the online series?
No pre-work is required.
When will we receive the login information for SparQ?
Login information for SparQ will be provided at least 24 hours prior to the first module.  
When will we receive the login information for the Zoom modules?
The Zoom link and information to access each module will be provided at least 24 hours prior to each module.
