Conference Registration Packages Price Until June 30, 2020 Price including Late Booking Fee  Effective July 1, 2020

Friday Delegate Package (includes Memorial, Exhibitors & Appetizers)  $50 $75

PLEASE NOTE: A late booking fee of $50 per registration will be applied to all full conference registration packages and $25 per single day package.

· Access to the exhibit hall on the day(s) purchased
· Lunch on the day(s) purchased except Friday which includes the Memorial and following reception

Payment Policy

Full payment required upon registration.

Late payment fee of $25 added for registration onsite or after July 11, 2020.
 

Cancellation Policy

$50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund if cancellation made prior to May 1, 2020

$100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund if cancellation made by July 1, 2020

No refunds will be made for cancellations made after July 1, 2020

Substitutions can be made at no charge.
