The Architectural Foundation of Cincinnati is very proud to welcome you to the Apple Award Gala 2014, honoring 3CDC, the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation.
The Apple is given annually by AFC in recognition of outstanding contributions to the built environment. 3CDC has changed the face of Cincinnati’s downtown and Over-the Rhine through development and investment partnerships with the City of Cincinnati and the corporate community. 3CDC is responsible for the renovations of Fountain Square and Washington Park, and it continues to revitalize our city’s urban core by adding and improving residencies, green spaces, and mixed-use development. 3CDC’s work in OTR and downtown attracts new residents, businesses, investment, and growth to our city and region.
