Welcome to the Kentucky Farm Bureau registration
site for the 2018 American Farm Bureau Annual Convention! On this
website, you will find information regarding the tentative agenda for convention,
descriptions and pricing for ag tours offered by Tennessee Farm Bureau, AFBF
Foundation event information, KFB sponsored event information, Travelex travel
insurance outline and pricing sheet, and full event Terms & Conditions.
This
phase of registration will allow attendees to update their existing records and
add convention registrations, purchase ag tour tickets or Foundation event
tickets, and sign up for KFB sponsored functions. Changes to sleeping room
arrangements are not allowed as we have sent these reservation requests to the
Gaylord Opryland Hotel and American Farm Bureau Federation.
We
are also accepting new registrations for those that did not previously reserve
sleeping rooms and only want to register for convention, purchase
ag tour tickets or Foundation event tickets, or sign up for KFB sponsored
functions.
To
begin, click on “Modify Registration” on the right hand side of the screen.
Then you will be prompted to fill in the email address used to request the sleeping
rooms and the reference number. You will then proceed through the pages and
fill out or select the appropriate information. We do ask that you pay
particular attention to the “Attendee Information” section as you register the
primary attendee. The name filled in here will be used to reserve the sleeping
room. If you need to change the name initially used to hold the sleeping room,
you can do that here. We also ask that you fill in the additional names of
those individuals staying in the sleeping room at the bottom of that page. Once
you complete the primary attendee’s registration, you will be able to add
additional attendees to the registration.
Please note: changes to sleeping room
arrangements are not allowed as we have sent these reservation requests
to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and American Farm Bureau Federation. Please
reference your initial confirmation for your reserved check in and checkout
dates.
In an effort to try and accommodate all of our attendees, we
will accept new requests for sleeping rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
However, we do want to remind everyone that it is likely that AFBF will have to place some
room reservations from each state into an overflow property (which has not been
determined by AFBF yet). This is due to the fact that the Gaylord
Opryland does not have enough rooms to accommodate the rooming levels
anticipated. For that reason, all room requests will be made on a first come,
first served basis. If we are given notice by AFBF that some of our rooms
will be moved to another property, rooms will be moved based strictly on the
time and date of the reservation.
There will be a place to fill in a new sleeping room requests on the Attendee
Information Page, after selecting “New
Registration” in the
upper right hand corner of the home page. Once we receive that request via the
online system, we will work with AFBF to see about availability. Katherine
Fugate will follow up individually with each person making a request for an
additional sleeping room. If we are not able to accommodate the room request at
the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, we will most likely be able to acquire additional
rooms from AFBF for the Convention, but they may be at a different hotel
property.
Please
feel free to contact Katherine Fugate at 502-493-7633 or Kelli Jolly,
Operations Administrative Assistant, at 502-495-7772, with any questions you
might have. We hope you will join us in Nashville for the 2018 American Farm Bureau Federation
Annual Convention!
