The hotel block for the Aerospace Summit has been filled. To make a hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly at 405.228.8000 and reference Aerospace Summit. Please note that since the block has been filled, the previously–negotiated room rate may no longer be available.
All hotel reservations must be made through event registration site. Hotel will be provided rooming list seven days prior to event. Hotel cancellations must be made one business day prior to your selected arrival or your credit card will be charged one night room and tax. For hotel cancellations call Christin at 405.360.5130, otherwise please make all changes through registration site.
