Private Practice Fellows:  $375.00
Academic, NGO, Government Fellows:  $125.00

Conference Rates include conference materials, Welcome Reception (including your spouse or guest), Friday breakfast and lunch, Friday Gala Dinner (ticket required for spouse or guest), and Saturday breakfast.  All other tours and activities are ticketed events. Payment options are credit card or check.  


Evening Events:

Thursday Evening Welcome Reception:  6:00 pm Poolside at the Mills House
Renew friendships and prepare for a great time in Charleston.  Spouses and guests are welcome.  Charleston Casual Attire.

Friday Evening Gala Dinner at Hibernian Hall:  6:30 - 10:30 pm -   $165.00 for guest/spouse
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, including a performance by the world renowned "Voice of Deliverance" Gullah Singers.  A fantastic dinner of Charleston culinary creations will include music of the Andrew Thielen Big Band followed by desert and dancing.  Business and Evening Attire.  Black Tie Optional.  

Saturday Evening Reception and Dinner at The Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon, 6:15 - 9:00 pm  - $155.00
Enjoy a historical tour of Downtown Charleston in a horse-drawn carriage that delivers you to the Old Exchange, where the archives and tour of the Provost Dungeon will enliven a cocktail reception and a Low Country dinner and evening stroll back to the Mills House will cap your annual meeting experience.  Business Casual Attire. 


Optional Off-site Events:

Friday Morning (10/27): Historic Charleston Tour & Luncheon- 9:30 am - 3:15 pm - $85.00 person
A private guide will lead you on a walking tour of historic Charleston, including a visit to the Edmondston Alston home on the Battery, followed by a private luncheon at the famous Magnolia’s Restaurant, and time for shopping in the historic district.  The Chef at Magnolias will  speak with the group about the restaurant and “Low Country Cuisine”, including the history of the restaurant and cooking their signature dishes, such as “Fried Green Tomatoes” and “Shrimp and Grits”.  Vera Manigault, a well-known weaver of sweetgrass baskets, will embellish your luncheon with stories of Charleston while she weaves.  Selected baskets and others items and will be on display and available for purchase.

Saturday Afternoon: The Patriots Point Tour (10/28)- 12:30 pm - 3:45 pm  $55.00 per person.
Your ticket includes round trip transportation from the Mills House and admission to all of the attractions at Patriot’s Point.  Tour the ship and aircraft of the carrier USS Yorktown, which also houses The National Medal of Honor Museum.  Also available at Patriot’s Point, if time permits, is the destroyer USS Laffey, the submarine USS Clamagore, and a Vietnam River Patrol Post.”

Saturday Afternoon: The Fort Sumter Harbor Cruise (10/28) - 12:30 pm - 3:45pm - $55.00 per person. 
Your ticket includes round trip transportation from the Mills House and a boat tour of the Charleston Harbor en route to Fort Sumter, where National Park Service historians will provide tours of this historic place where the Civil War began.



Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations must be received in writing before October 12, 2017. Your paid registration fee, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be returned.  No refunds will be granted after October 12, 2017.

Optional Off-site Events:  Must be cancelled in writing by 5:00 pm September 26, 2017 for full refund.  No refund will be granted after September 26, 2017.
