Dear Fellows, Spouses and Guests:

It is my privilege to welcome you to the 2017 Annual Meeting of the American College of Environmental Lawyers.

Charleston, South Carolina, will provide a fascinating and exciting backdrop for an important meeting that will exhibit the growth and growing strength of our young college.  Everything about Charleston speaks of our nation’s history, going back to pre-Colonial days.  The beautiful Mills House Hotel is historic in its own right, but also is located in the very center of historic Charleston.  The Four Corners of the Law, the Charleston City Market, King Street, the Old Exchange, and the Charleston Harbor are a short walk from your front door.  -
