Simple! Registration will be done online. Your official invitation by email will include a link to the Achievers registration website. You may also call Amway Special Events at 800-365-9276 for help with registration. IBOs must remain in good standing to keep their invitation to Achievers 2016.

Amway Special Events will assist you in booking your flight once final qualification is complete early to mid-October. Call 800-365-9276. Registration must be completed by Friday, October 28, 2016 and flights booked by November 14, 2016.

Amway Special Events must book all qualified IBOs’ airline tickets. If you prefer to book your own flights, please call Special Events at 800-365-9276 to get your air allowable amount and the appropriate flight reimbursement form. Registration must be completed by Friday, October 28, 2016 and flights booked by November 14, 2016. We cannot guarantee that flights booked after this date will be covered entirely by your air allowable amount. If the cost of your airfare exceeds your air allowable amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Yes! Reimbursement forms will be available on-site at the hospitality desk. Stop by when you arrive to complete and submit your form, so you can be reimbursed in a timely manner. Please note that reimbursement of mileage or parking will not exceed the air allowable amount for Achievers.

As an IBO, you can select from a variety of optional activities that are available during Achievers. Details are available on the Achievers registration site. Guest buy-ins are available for purchase on a limited basis during online registration only.

No, this incentive trip is for qualified IBOs listed on the business and cannot be gifted to anyone else.

Children, parents/grandparents, and nannies are welcome to travel as guests. As this is an incentive trip for qualified IBOs, downline IBOs are not eligible to attend as a guest of a qualified IBO.

Yes, there are buy-ins available for selected activities during Achievers. Guest buy-ins are available for purchase based on availability. While buy-ins will be available on-site, we encourage you to complete any buy-ins during online registration to guarantee a spot. All activity sales are final, and admission tickets for guest buy-ins will be included in your welcome packet upon arrival.

Child care is not provided as part of the Amway Achievers event. The hotel concierge can provide a list of local resources you can contact for child-care services. Amway will not provide child care and cannot speak to the references provided by the hotel.

Amway provides meals as outlined in the Agenda section of the registration website. For any meals labeled “on your own,” you will receive a pre-loaded gift card to use toward these meals.

Yes, vegetarian options will be available at every provided meal. Please make note of specific allergy concerns or other dietary restrictions when you register online.

Yes, the resort and all meeting rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. Appropriate seating will be provided, too. If you require a hotel room or specific type of transportation that is accessible to people with disabilities, be sure to make your request in the Special Needs section of your online registration. Sorry but no. Meal expenses incurred outside of the planned meals will not be covered by Amway. We urge you to attend the group meals. It’s a great time to mix and mingle with fellow Amway Achievers!

Yes! Products, tools, and resources will be showcased throughout the event! We will provide a chance for you to engage in new products and programs to support Amway’s business and product training, key brands, and the Amway business opportunity.

The average high temperature in Las Vegas in early-to-mid-December is approximately 56°F and the average low temperature is 34°F. The temperature and environment inside the hotel will be comfortably regulated during your stay. However, some activities may include some time spent outdoors, so it is recommended that you bring warm-weather attire, but also be prepared for cool evenings.

Business casual attire is recommended for the the Achievers program sessions. Business attire is recommended for the recognition celebration, although many Achievers prefer to dress in semiformal attire. All other activities are casual.

Attendance is not required at every activity during Achievers. However, attendance is strongly recommended. You simply won’t want to miss out on anything!

There are plenty of fun surprises in store for you at Achievers. But, we can’t give away all our plans ahead of time. That wouldn’t be any fun. You’ll just have to see for yourself!
