Achievers will take place at Signia by Hilton® Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria® Orlando.

Simple! Registration will be done online. Your official invitation sent by email will include a link to the Achievers registration website. Your Achievers invitation emails will be sent to you from a different email address from what you may be used to. To be sure the emails go to your inbox, we recommend you add customerserviceevent@amway.com to your address book. You may also call Amway Meetings and Events at 800-365-9276, Monday–Friday, 9–5 p.m. ET, for help with registration. Independent Business Owners (IBOs) must be in compliance at all times with the Amway IBO Compensation Plan, the Quality Assurance Standards and the IBO Rules of Conduct to keep their invitations to Amway discretionary incentive trips. Available to qualified IBOs whose conduct demonstrates high ethical and business standards aligned with the goals and objectives of Amway and its related businesses.

It is strongly recommended that IBOs obtain travel insurance for any event they will be attending outside of their home country. Amway does not cover the cost of travel insurance or the cost of a medical emergency should one happen during an Amway-sponsored event.

Amway Meetings and Events will assist you in booking your flight. Call 800-365-9276 after you’ve registered to book your flight. Registration must be completed by September 16, 2021, and flights booked by October 7, 2021. Please refer to the General Information document for more details on flight bookings.

If you prefer to book your own flights, select “I have already booked my flights/will book my own travel” on the registration site and download the Flight Exception form. Please review, sign and return to flight.exception@amway.com. If you are having issues accessing the form, please call Amway Meetings and Events at 800-365-9276. Registration must be completed by Thursday, September 16, 2021, and flights booked by October 7, 2021. We cannot guarantee that flights booked after this date will be covered entirely by your air allowable amount. If the cost of your airfare exceeds your air allowable amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

You must have at least one leg of your itinerary into or out of Orlando International Airport (MCO) to qualify for reimbursement.

The airlines will be the most efficient means to provide information about delays and, if needed, rebookings. Please notify us at flight.exception@amway.com with your itinerary changes.

Yes! Reimbursement forms will be available on-site at the hospitality desk, or on the registration site under the “travel” tab. Stop by when you arrive to complete and submit your form so you can be reimbursed in a timely manner. Please note that reimbursement of mileage and parking will not exceed the air allowable amount for Achievers. The mileage reimbursed will be based on the round-trip distance from the address of your North American business.

If an IBO business no longer qualifies to attend Achievers based on final qualification, Amway will cancel all registrations. This cancellation will also include hotel reservations and flights booked by Amway. If you have booked your flights on your own, any costs incurred will not be reimbursed by Amway.

As an IBO, you will receive a one-day theme park ticket. Details are available on the Achievers registration site. Guest buy-ins are available for purchase during online registration.

Yes, there are buy-ins available for selected activities during Achievers. Buy-ins for this year are limited to an additional four guests. All buy-ins must be purchased during online registration. There will be limited availability to purchase buy-ins on-site at Amway Achievers 2021. All activity sales are final. Additional information will be available on the registration website (information available when registration opens). Registration opens late August based on your on-track status. If your final qualification is not approved, your registration will be cancelled. Buy-ins for the Welcome Celebration on October 21 for Session 1 and October 25 for Session 2 will not be accepted on-site due to deadline restrictions with the venue.

No, this incentive trip is for qualified IBOs listed on the business and cannot be gifted to anyone else.

Children residing in your household are welcome to travel as guests. As this is an incentive trip for qualified IBOs, downline IBOs are not eligible to attend as a guest of a qualified IBO.

Child care is not provided as part of this year’s Amway Achievers event. The hotel concierge can provide a list of local resources you can contact for child-care services. Amway will not provide child care and cannot speak to the references provided by the hotel.

Amway will provide meals as outlined in the Agenda section of the registration website. For any meals labeled “on your own,” you will receive a pre-loaded gift card to use toward these meals. This gift card will expire in September 2022.

Yes, vegetarian options will be available at every provided meal. Please make note of specific allergy concerns or other dietary restrictions when you register online.

Yes, the hotel and all meeting rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. Appropriate seating will be provided too. If you require a hotel room or specific type of transportation that is accessible to people with disabilities, be sure to make your request in the Medical & Dietary Information section of your online registration. If you have questions, please call Amway Meetings and Events at 800-365-9276.

Sorry, but no. Meal expenses incurred outside of the planned meals will not be covered by Amway. We urge you to attend the group meals. It’s a great time to mix and mingle with fellow Amway Achievers!

The average high temperature in Orlando in late October is approximately 78 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average low temperature is 58 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature and environment inside the hotel will be comfortably regulated during your stay. However, some activities may include some time spent outdoors, so it is recommended that you bring warm- and cool-weather attire.

Business casual attire is recommended for the Achievers program sessions. All other activities are casual.

Attendance is not required at every activity during Achievers. However, attendance is strongly recommended. You simply won’t want to miss out on anything!

There are plenty of fun surprises in store for you during the Achievers event. But we can’t give away all our plans ahead of time. That wouldn’t be any fun. You’ll just have to see for yourself!

Amenities will be mailed in advance to everyone who has registered to attend, whether virtually or in person. We will not be giving out amenities at the event in Orlando.

If you are unable to attend Achievers, please send a request to customerserviceevent@amway.com for your amenities. Please note that these will not be mailed out until mid-January 2022.

No. Amway attempts to get a partial refund to recoup costs for canceled tickets. This is never a guarantee.

Achievers 2022 will be held in two sessions in New Orleans, Louisiana:

Yes. By attending Achievers 2021, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health and safety conduct recommended by the CDC that may include:

• Wearing a mask at all times in public areas.
• Engaging in appropriate physical distancing.
• Not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.

If you are flying to the event from outside the U.S., the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) currently requires all air passengers two years of age and over entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three (3) calendar days of departure, or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery.
