COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions


IBO and employee safety are of utmost priority. If you are exposed to COVID-19 prior to the trip, we would ask that you do not travel to the event. Please contact customerservicevent@amway.com with questions or concerns.

If you are flying to the event from outside the US, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) currently requires all air passengers two years of age and over entering the United States (including U.S.citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three (3) calendar days of departure, or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery. If you are traveling from outside of the United States and need a COVID- 19 test to enter, you will be responsible for the cost of that test. If you begin to exhibit symptoms while onsite at Achievers, you may be requested to take a COVID-19 test and Amway will cover the cost of that test. Please note that Amway does not pay for quarantine time at the hotel or additional medical expenses. If a COVID-19 test is required prior to returning to your home, you will be responsible for the cost of that test.

By attending Achievers 2021, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health and safety conduct that includes but is not limited to:

  • Mask Wearing where required
  • Social Distancing according to CDC guidelines
  • Not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19
