To the 2020 AARFP Conference Attendees, Tradeshow Exhibitors, & Sponsors,

The health and welfare of the entire AARFP community is our top priority. As you know, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 AARFP Conference and Tradeshow which had been scheduled for April 26-29th in Red Deer. Due to the continued outbreak and expansion of COVID-19, we will not be re-scheduling the Conference in the 2020 year.

With the significant uncertainty, the institution of travel bans and restrictions, communities declaring a state of emergency, and the World Health Organization declaring COVID-19 a global pandemic, this is the most prudent course of action.

We will begin the process to provide full refunds to all registrants in approximately one week.

We share your disappointment in this decision, but we also share a common commitment to doing what is best and right for our professional community and for all those with whom we engage and interact with.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Our thoughts go out to all who have been and will be impacted by COVID-19.

Standard Exhibit Hall Space Includes:
  • Draped booth, 6 ft. skirted display table(s), 2 chairs and electrical outlets
  • Door prize for each vendor booth
  • Dinner served on the trade show floor
  • 10 drink tickets per booth purchase to give to delegates (additional tickets may be purchased)
  • Listing of company name on the conference website with company description and website link
Exhibitor Badges:
  • Two (2) exhibitor badges per 10’ X 10’ booth
  • Three (3) exhibitor badges per 10’ X 15’ booth
  • Four (4) exhibitor badges per 20’ X 20’ booth
  • Option to purchase additional badges for exhibit hall only at $60 + GST

Payments

Payments for exhibit hall spaces and sponsorships are payable upon booking. Payment must be received prior to April 20th or your company will not be able to set up. Onsite purchase of trade show passes must be paid for by credit card before or at the time of entry.

Cancellation Policy

Contract payments are refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, according to the following terms:
  • On or before February 14, 2020 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $250 CDN
  • After February 14, 2020, no refunds will be issued
