Ski Community Snow Tour 2012 St.Anton

Get or improve your experience@St.Anton
The cradle of alpine skiing and Ski World Championship 2001 - obviously you could learn from the best.
Unchanged to previous events we recommend
  • ski course for all beginners (ski or snowboard). If there will be enough participants you will maybe have an exclusive Ski Community team.
  • Hint: Our aprés ski hot spots will be not in the village but some walking meters above it. If you like you should not forget good winter/walking shoes
  • private lessons on an hourly basis for advanced. If you take it early in the morning, you could later get back to Ski Community (e.g at our daily lunch meeting points)
Additionally Arlberg is world known for great freeride opportunities. Please keep in mind that Arlberg differs from other ski resorts. Black is really black and you should book a guide if you want to take the big runs. Be aware that freeriding in spring could be very dangerous after lunch because of snow changing.
We will identify a local ski school to bundle your requests. All bookings and payments has to be done directly with the ski school.

Skischule Arlberg
We will together with Skischule Arlberg. More info including prices see on their page.

Beginners: Skischule Arlberg will offer a special beginners ski course if we have at least 5 participants. Last times this works for skiers - but this depends on your request. For our upcoming 2012 event currently we have enough beginners registrations for skiing. For snowboarders we have to see how to cover such requests.

At current stage you have not to get in contact with Skischule. We will bundle your interests and let them know that a teacher is ready for us on Thursday 29 March morning (approx starting at 10 am).

Our welcome desk will be very close to ski school. Therefore it will be easy for you to manage your booking on Thursday morning.

Skipass for Beginners?
Your instructor will decide where to ski on first days. If snow conditions is as good as today you don't need a ski pass on first day. Therefore don't book a ski pass. We will negotiate with lift company and ski school that you will get a reasonable price as well if you buy your ski pass individually as recommended by your instructor.

Intermediate/Advanced: Please deal your request separately/individually with them. Please let us know any difficulties. We will try to help.
