1. Each participant has to pay 25 € for organisational efforts and event programme.2. What you should know:
- For PwC staff from Germany and Austria we get a subsidy of 150 € which will be fully used for your benefit
- Participants from other territories, alumnis and fans has to pay 75 € - half of the subsidy. The other half they are invited by other Ski Community member.
- PwC Partners will pay full subsidy by their own.
We pool #1 and #2 amounts and make use of it as a group (you will see)
3. All further costs of this event are depending on your individual demands:
- Hotel - in case you are selecting one of our hotel alternatives you have to pay 100 € on account to ensure your bed. This amount will be deducted from your final individual hotel bill.
- Ski pass - if requested
- Travel - if requested for the Ski Community bus (other travel options fully individually)
- Ski school - individual payment
- Ski rental - individual payment
- You get all discounts we negotiate with various supporters
4. Cancellation Fee:
- Cancellation fee will be 25 Euro,
- after 2nd March 2012: 100 Euro and
- after 24th March you have to pay your booked hotel rooms for all nights
This fee will be used for the group. After the event we will let you know, if any payback is possible.We recommend to contract a travel cancellation insurance
